AutoQuest provides a platform for individuals to sell their vehicles. Our services include providing a quote based on vehicle information, arranging for inspection and pickup, and processing payment.

4. Vehicle Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle. Any discrepancies or false information may affect the offer and may result in adjustments or cancellation of the offer.

5. Quotes and Offers

Quotes provided by AutoQuest are based on the information you provide. Offers are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. AutoQuest reserves the right to modify or withdraw an offer if the vehicle's condition does not match the provided information.

6. Payment

Payment will be made via certified cheque or e-transfer upon successful completion of the inspection and confirmation of vehicle details. Payment is processed only after the vehicle is confirmed and accepted by AutoQuest.

7. Pickup and Delivery

AutoQuest will arrange for vehicle pickup at your location after payment has been received. You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is accessible and in a condition as described in your submission.

8. Liability

AutoQuest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of the offer made for the vehicle.

9. Changes to Terms

AutoQuest reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alberta.
